Standard domestic delivery for Called Here orders typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and cart contents. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Called Here offers a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging — you'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please note: sale items cannot be refunded, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, email support@calledhere.com with your order details and we'll arrange a replacement. For other situations like a wrong size, simply return the item within 30 days for a refund and place a new order for the correct one.
